Where are you located?
All Mismatched Baby items are handmade in Broken Bow, OK.
PROCESSING:
Please note that the current processing time on all orders is 2-4 weeks depending on current volume of orders. Most often orders are fulfilled within the two week period if material is in stock.
SHIPPING:
Domestic orders (U.S.) are shipped USPS First Class which typically takes 3-5 days from time of shipment.
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International. Once an order has shipped, typical delivery time is 3-4 weeks for many major markets. No tracking is available on international orders.
Please remember that once an item has shipped, Mismatched Baby is no longer responsible for goods shipped. You will need to contact your local USPS.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. If there is a defect with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of the item received. Please contact us so we can correct the problem immediately. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and will be handled in a timely manner.
Please be advised that I do not assume responsibility for items once they are shipped.
CARE
Clothing:
Please hand/machine wash inside out if applicable on cool, gentle cycle. Hang to dry to tumble dry low heat. Iron on low and do NOT bleach.
Nursery:
Please machine wash cool on gentle cycle. Hang to dry or dry low heat. Do NOT Iron Minky and do NOT beach
